Is that place a whorehouse or what? I stayed in that place back in February when I moved my brother out to Chi-town because it was a cheap place to stay. It had all the makings of a whorehouse.

I love the whole thing, 'cept for "Shake It Off." I can't get into it after the whole beauty and groove of the record up to that point. Its growing on me.

I also have to add Nels' solo in "Either Way" as a great moment. Its funny that Pitchfork made fun of that solo, and it is the first moment on the record that made me smile from ear to ear.

i have to add "Hate It Here" to my list of favorite moments on the record. mowing the lawn and doing laundry. fucking great. the chords are so god damn good too. I love these guys.

Since I heard "Sky Blue Sky" on Prairie Home Companion, it has been my absolute favorite song on the record, hands down. Other moments "my cousin's sister's husband's brother" in "You Are My Face" the Thin Lizzy-esque guitar harmonies near the end of "Impossible Germany." then where they all lock together and drive home that melody. Transcendent.

I really didn't feel like reading 6 pages of text, so I'm gonna say this: I feel for his family during their time of mourning. The world is a better place without this man.
