you can buy a 1/8 to 1/8 cord (headphone size) for a couple bucks at like radio shaq or even most grocery stores have them. Then plug it into your turn table then plug the other end into your computer. Download Audacity (its free) then simply record them to that export the files and burn em to a disk. I'm sure however analogman does it is prolly better but that's a pretty simple way to do it. The quality isn't too bad either depending on your turn table and computer.

any one who wants a zip file of them just pm me. It's mostly all the stuff from disk 2 plus a couple of full songs from disk one. I'm uploading it right now so give it a little bit.

I'm pretty sure it was a joke saying that lincoln park fans are lazy internet gamer types that wouldn't actually buy the album but will just download it and burn for all their friends. I could be wrong tho.
