I think it's funny it's called greatest hits. Did they have many actual "hits" besides creep and karma police? I don't follow that stuff at all but those two seem like the only really heard songs outside the fan base.

according to the link jff posted its some reissues AND a new album. Since the new album is coming out on Drag City it should be a song based one. unless it goes through streamline it'd be noise based I'd imagine.

I still think they are amazing when compared to live albums from any one else. The two rust albums are prolly my most listened to NY albums. you're right YOTH is just okay. I liked unplugged but its not great. I sorta jumped the gun. I should have said MOST not ALL of his live albums are amazing. That being said I still prefer his live albums to his studio ones which is what I meant to get at.

top 5 on the beach, harvest, harvest moon, tonight's the night, prairie wind. and all the live albums are pretty amazing.
