damn skippy. though hey - at least I have been able to celebrate two World Series victories, two years in a row......so, I am not complaining. However, as much as I love to watch baseball - and do almost everyday - it would be nice to see a decent game here and there. Cubs are under .500 too - so don't get too cocky.

I do love that book. The Mermaid Chair is not quite as good, but definitely worth reading.

yes - you have to go to those stores exclusively for the discs with the extra tracks. That's what I meant. ..... to make the special discs only available through two giant chain stores? I just think it is kind of lame. Just my opinion. Overall, I couldn't really give a toss.....Don't worry, I won't be buying any of them. That said, I really like Target!

it does seem rather lame that you have to go to Target and Best Buy exclusively for the discs......does that happen often? I am guessing this is where the ire of the pitchfork people lies - not necessarily the multiple discs with bonus tracks.

come on Allison - we should go. I started listening to the Cure in the mid-late 80s and have yet to see them live. Granted, I don't really care for any post Kiss Me x3 stuff - but it might be fun to go see them.

This book is phenomenal. Susan Bordo may be one of my favorite people on earth. Reading her books are like therapy. I am anxiously waiting for this one to arrive
