The Foo Fighters do always seem to win the rock album grammy when they are nominated. The credibility of some of their prior wins could be argued but Wasting Light is a great album (as is The Whole Love) and definitely not undeserving.

I don't usually go out of my way to meet performers if it happens, it happens but there have been a few exceptions. The first lead singer I met was Mike Patton. I was 16 and beyond nervous and could barely muster a "hi". I've met Glenn Tilbrook, Simon Le Bon and met Jeff Tweedy a few times. All of them were very nice but the only one I've really talk-talked to is Jeff.

Leave Me Like You Found Me tepid?!? That is my numero uno Wilco jam right now! And it's funny to me that the 2 songs she actually liked happen to be my least favorite on the album. I am also not a fan of her Crowded House comments! I'm no music snob and I am pretty tolerant of other's musical tastes, but Crowded House is one of those bands that if you don't like them, I can't help but think something ain't right with you.
