When The War Came just doesn't do much for me. I like The Perfect Crime #2, it has this killer groove. this probably is my numero uno played album right now.

It's a collection of shortwaves. The shortwaves were created by other people (e.g. government agencies), the Conet Project just pressed "Record" and packaged it. So yes, they recorded it, but not in the typical sense of when someone records an album.

Gotta tone it down with some liquor, probably.
