> I don't recall you mentioning that before. it was a warm up show for the australian shows. i had to queue up for about 15 hours waiting for tickets to go on sale. ther sleepless night was worth by getting the longest show of the year with the most varied setlist. we all ended up getting sore backs from being squashed like sardines in there. wilco - front row, centre (3 times!) bob dylan - on the rail with 2000 people behind in 2003). and on the rail last year at an arena roger waters - 2nd row, centre john fogerty - 3rd row, centre plus various pub gigs where i was right up front -
Uncle Tupelo, probably jeff was right when he once referred to AM as the barstard child of the wilco catalogue
-
happy belated birthday!
-
did you take that one yourself this year?... looks really good!
-
i also like the way Brian Ferry butchered Hard rain's gonna fall in the 70s, and then Bob did a good version of Lets stick together, in the 80s
-
me too. i like the songs on YHF and AGIB, but there's something about their production that doesnt grab me
-
i never understood why AM gets all this bashing... a simple rock album that made way for the group we have today
-
if they need a different drummer, dave grohl will be first in line!
