I think you would only be charged if you sold poop but labeled it as haricot vert. if you labeled it as poop, you'd probably be ok.

My understanding is that organic farms already have a lot of regulation in order to maintain being organic, so a once a year inspection to make sure that no one is pooping in the field doesn't seem like it would be that big of a deal.
