i was on the national's website looking at their upcoming shows, because last night i went to wilco and subsequently missed them. so now im seeing March 13+14 The Kitchen with Glenn Kotche. at first i got incredibly incredibly excited, but i read deeper into it and it looks like its only bryce dessner (the guitarist i believe?) + glenn kotche, not the full national + glenn kotche, but i dont know that for sure. im somewhat confused, and if anyone knows anything about this it would help me out a lot. theres the link, simply looking at the dates will give a much better explanation than my

I just got back from Philadelphia this morning. I had seats in the AA section, which was amazing. Props to whoever requested Nothingsevergonnastandinmyway. I was so psyched when they played Kamera and Pot Kettle Black too. The last Wilco show I went to they didn't play A Shot in the Arm, but singing along this time was amazing. I also loved You Are My Face, but was especially thrilled with She's A Jar. Overall a great show, although I was counting on IATTBYH or War on War or Monday at the end. I can't wait for New Haven tonight!
