Wow. Huge snoozer then, huh?

Nice change up in the setlist, indeed. Good to see Simple on there again. [quote name='pn

Great pics, and totally bizarre seeing so much light at 10:30 pm. Um, Brianne... do I see WI blaze orange following you around in the form of barracades near the stage?
-
Great to hear--thanks for the setlist which has to make those hitting shows in August pretty excited. How was the crowd in size and enthusiasm?
-
Redpill, tell me more about your take on "Flames." Too 'light'?
-
Yes, since they busted one out at the Obama event.
-
Yes, Engulfed was fantastic and hilarious. Now reading Three Cups of Tea.
-
GREAT pics...I can't wait to hear After The Show reports from Alaska.

JT delivered a pretty strong, "Let's do this again next year!" on the last night of the Residency but backed off the "next year" thing in subsequent interviews. I beleive it eventually became something along the lines of, "We'd like to do it again, maybe every couple of years." But whenever it is, I'm in.

Our original plan was to hit the shows in your neighborhhood, but we ended up changing our plans. I can't believe we're going to miss you and bigshoulders, watch me fall, etc. We're heading west instead but will still hit Indy.

Even after reading the caption, I was like, "Huh...?" But now I see it.

Happy Birthday!

I just got an email from WUWM today--the show is October 24 at 8pm. I'm also looking forward to it!

Yay! Glad they arrived safely and you're enjoying. (coffee in that pint glass...) Oh, and sorry there was no note. I had one written up, and when I walked out of the post office I saw I still had it in my hand, behind the slip with your address written on it. I'm really not socially inept! -
Yeah, I've only seen them a few times, but one show in particular at First Avenue stands out as one of the best live shows I've attended and the others were still fantastic.
-
Greg, are you hitting this show?
-
Ah, this will be a great show. Our plans have changed and we'll no longer be hitting this part of the tour, but with Wilco and Bon Iver under the stars, you can't go wrong.
-
Happy Anniversary! I have no great suggestions for you although we found Joshua Tree incredibly peaceful and serene. But, you know, it's the frickin' desert.
-
Wow. A Golden Smog "Greatest Hits"?
-
That's great.
-
Hey stranger! The Okkervil news is nice, but it's even nicer to see you around these parts.

I received a "your tickets have been sent" email on Mon regarding my 8/4 Indy tickets, and they arrived today. Seems pretty decent timing for Music Today.
