  7. Great post. Low's previous visits may have set the tone for The Invisible Way sessions. JT downplayed his producing role partially because "Low arrived at the Loft more prepared than any other group he had worked with".

  13. I love Impossible Germany. It seems to me to be the inverse of Steely Dan's Bodhisattva. It has something like a slow-moving inverted 4/4 time signiture structure versus that of Steely Dan's 2/4 time Bodhisattva , while Bodhisattva has drumming/tempo that is a half measure ahead of guitar aka Richards/Watts..   19. thanks for the insight! I may have lucked out from the sound of things as I may be able to opt out of the front row: better sightlines in the second row ? ..... all good. FYI, Art Institute opens at 10:30AM. Would be quite an accomplishment to make a request AND see some exhibits, too ! Although, that may cost you sitting in the front row. Anybody know just how many rows have the GC covered ?
