Toronto & Chicago Pearl Jam dates (late Aug) being announced on Monday by the Ten Club

this is pretty great, but honestly after 2 listens i probably still prefer Okemah by a little bit (i prefer a bit rockier Son Volt than most)... def way way better than The Search however

hmm... guess i'll have to check it out, cuz Patterson's first solo record wasn't that great IMO. not awful, but i DEF prefer both of Jason's to that one by a huge margin. that album has been in the working for like 5 years tho, so good to hear it's worth the wait.

Rather was great, but my least fave of the last 3... Murray is either my #2 or #3 SY record

it's early, but it might be second behind Murray Street out of the last 3...

how is this? i'm kind of bummed they're no longer a garage-y 2-piece band honestly... they were decent at SXSW with the 4 piece, but sorta sounded like generic indie now.

they do allow the amount of PM's... but these new bots are sophisticated enough to throttle the mass PM's just enough to get through the flood filter but yes, patch is def installed.

i guess i can see that upon first listen, but the melody is so great that i got over the vocals and really dug 'em after a few spins kinda reminds me of something from the 60's... The Troggs or The Animals maybe.
