  2. I agree wholeheartedly that Wilco had nothing to do with Funny People, but Jesus, Etc. was played towards the end of the movie when Seth is parked, overlooking the city.

  12. I'll be there. By the way, does your signature line just happen to be your favorite lyric or is it referring to the Boise State Fiesta Bowl game? As a Pokes fan, I'm hoping it's the latter.

    Dates in June

I can't speak for OKC in '05, but I know at Cain's last year that presale tix were marked as such and granted you early entry before everyone else in line.
  14. The video crew has been on board since the Nashville show and is following them through Des Moines. They're doing a doc on the band. My guess is that it will actually be a concert film since the Kicking Television documentary was scrapped, and the interviews from outside Cain's (and other venues) would be used either to bridge songs in the film from venue to venue or as bonus features on a DVD. Of course, just my opinion..........
  15. it was an amazing show as always. Hi-lite of the night was Nels' amp/guitar/chord (don't know which part actually wasn't working) during the first half of Walken. Every time they hit a break for Nels to fill, it was just silent. Everybody seemed to get a laugh out of this. When they finally got his slide guitar up and running in time for his solo, the crowd erupted. It was great. Clay, thanks to you and Drew for making this show the best yet. Looking forward to the pix! Cheers.
  16. I'm in but flying solo. Looking forward to it!
  17. The Today show used "Walken" in a feature this morning regarding morning commutes........
  18. Caz's also opened Caz's Chowhouse which serves pretty good food and has a solid beer list and is only a block from Cain's. www.cazschowhouse.com Across the street is Lola's, a tapas restaurant. It has pretty good food as well. www.lolasatthebowery.com At the end of the day, it's still mostly meat! Hope this helps.......
