  1. Funny. I swear that was not intentional with drive by truckers. That would be too good to be true. I think when I was told they still had not signed the 4th band
  2. This is true...my source (who I reliable and works on the inside) says 4 acts to be on the tour (Dylan, MMJ, Wilco and TBD)...the only date I know of is South Florida and that date is after the end of the stones tour.....tickets going on sale next Sat. Some festival of some sort is what I am told. WOOOOOHOOOOOOO
  3. Do you know something you want to share with us? Also, sorry for "the boys" reference just trying to keep it loose around here.
  4. I always thought wilco could off a cover of Time waits for no one. How nice would that be.
  5. Because its the stones. They did a few shows for Neil young in 08 or 09. I agree would rather see them play for 2+ hour with their own sound system but to open for the stones is once in a life is maybe why they would do it.
  6. I saw on some other message board (velvet rope) which I hardly ever go to but they had some talk that Wilco would be opening for the Stones. How cool would that be?
  7. Yeah it is only going to be guest spot for a few songs during the show...don't think it is for whole shows...or they would turn into Lynyrd Skynyrd
  8. Some dates announced....get ready for some second mortgages..... Rolling Stones North American Tour Dates: Early May Los Angeles Staples Center May 5 Oakland Oracle Arena May 8 San Jose HP Pavilion May 11 Las Vegas MGM Grand Garden Arena May 15 Anaheim Honda Center May 25 Toronto Air Canada Centre May 28 Chicago United Center June 12 Boston TD North Garden June 18 Philadelphia Wells Fargo Center SEE THE TOUR DATES / '50 AND COUNTING' PHOTOS The U.S. dates, which were first reported by Billboard last month, will begin early next month on the West Coast, with announced markets including a s
  9. THE BOSS....cool....He is playing some great shows over there with Tom Morrello subbing for Little Stevie. Looks like this is the season for a lot of concerts in Australia...I saw others touring there right now.
  10. Sounds pretty good to me and I think they will switch it up give them a few shows. Hard to judge anything after 1 show. Fired up to see them in Orlando in around a month.
  11. Bruce Berry.....Was a working man
  12. That would be a sweet touring band....He never has played South Florida...Never.
  13. Not exactly sure...just remember she said some crazy shit.
  14. Unless you are the Boss...then we want to hear the story how your dad was waiting at home for you when you stayed out late and told you to cut your hair.
  15. Interesting that you put Neil Casal there but not Ryan Adams I few I like now (not including the classics...Paul Mac, Dylan, Young, Stevie Wonder......). Ryan Adams Tweed Patterson Jim James

  17. Let's Dance Joking but my friend thinks that no one heard of him until that came out but he thinks the same about the Who and Tommy. I really love them all and listen to Sound and Vision Box set all the time.
  18. On the eve (or maybe 2 days) that they will be announcing 2013 tour dates (18 in the US) I thought I would make my dream setlist (all with Mick Taylor and Ronnie): Start Me Up Let's spend the night together Under My Thumb (Altamont version) Beast of Burden Some Girls When the Whip Comes Down Sway Doo Doo Doo Doo Cant you Hear me Knocking Midnight Rambler Waiting on a Friend Let it Loose Wild Horses (Keith) Before they make me Run (Keith) Little T & A (Keith) Happy (Keith) Waiting on a friend Winter Shelter Sympathy (Ya Ya's) encore YCAGWYW JJF Brown Sugar Street Fighting Satisfaction
  19. I am sure they sound great but why play the Dickey songs (at least the signature songs) IMFER is in that mix as well. Just feel like it is not right but I don't think they give a sheet.
  20. I wonder what Dickey thinks when they tell him that the Brothers are playing Blue Sky. To me it is a slap in the face. Next they will play Ramblin Man?
