Older tracks that don't "work" anymore

Upon listening to the Tipitina's show from 2008 today, I realized that 1) I still enjoy the way they play "I'm the Man Who Loves You" and 2) I hate the way Pat sings "understaaaaaaaaaaaaand" towards the end of the song when they're all harmonizing. -
Time for the Woody Guthrie estate to catch up with the times and offer it on more than one medium. I too will wait for more information on this box set.

Always wondered where one can get "Man in the Sand." Have only seen clips of it on YouTube.

This Tipitina's show really is quite stellar.

"Own It" is a fun jam, although the vocals/lyrics are somewhat indiscernible to me. -
"I Might" on the campus radio station here in Manhattan, Kan.

You're right! I just listened to one last week...

Indeed we are. We must be high bored. I'm going to get my bottle flattened and add it to my collection.

What if Red Stripe came out with a "White Stripe" seasonal? Would it be funny if fans of The White Stripes (or any Jack White project for that matter) took an interest in it?

I shelled out about $20 for a vinyl copy from Billy Bragg's website before they disappeared. I think it was late last year or the beginning of this year...

Should it really be "funny" or that much of a surprise that a beer called "Wilco Tango Foxtrot" has caught the attention of the band's fans?

I really enjoy Youth & Young Manhood. I didn't care for much beyond that, particularly when they went from being a band of greasy-lookin' Southern musicians with a cool backstory to polished, squeaky, MTV-ish duds. "Red Morning Light" will crush "Sex on Fire" any day of the week.

The verdict: I loved it. Split it with my brother. Hope I can find it in my town.

Leroy may have been offered "official" membership in the band in 2000 or so, but he was touring with them since 1998.

Just bought the last one in the cooler from the liquor store...and it will be my first.

So sorry. Not a fan of the LOL.
