  1. Just listened to Wilco's set again. That was outstanding.
  2. Argh. It's 5. Must leave work and this beautiful "background" music on my computer.
  3. Glenn's drums must be reinforced with titanium or something. Man hits those things like it's the last time he'll ever play 'em.
  4. Really f-ing good. Love the big organ swells.
  5. Very nice harmonies from Pat and John on "Whole Love." Jeff really pushes to get that falsetto right in live settings. TOO FAR APART!
  6. After reading the interview, I went back and read their reviews of Wilco's records. This pub seems to have a strong love/hate thing going for Wilco...
  7. Yep. Already looked there. Hoping to just snag an MP3 somewhere.
  8. Just gonna toss this out there again...where can one easily access Jeff's solo arrangement of BBN? I've heard it's quite good.
  9. Let me get this straight: there are people who really think Obama is a foreign-born, gay, Marxist Nazi junkie?
  10. Great version. I also dig this older one:
  11. Aw, thanks! It was a good way to ring in my 30s. By the way, foxtails are awesome. I had one growing up and in college...so much fun.
  12. I reconvened with my five best friends whom I've known since kindergarten in our collective hometown, went to an MLS game with my two older brothers, and then my wife threw me a surprise early 30th birthday party. It was an epic weekend.
  13. Ah, I didn't do anything; just made a snarky comment. Glad you found what you were looking for.
  14. There's a new demo video of the axe that Wilco just shared on their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/wilcohq
  15. ^^ That is also worth noting. Nels certainly brings a wide palette of tones and sounds to the table. Like his playing or not, that's certainly not debatable.
  16. Can you debate that they are now a six-piece with three guitarists/two keyboards, as opposed to a quartet with two guitarists/one keyboard or a quintet with two guitars/two keyboards?
  17. Another young artist obsessed with throwback sounds. Mr. Waterhouse digs vintage R&B, and it's damn good. Also listening to "Someday Baby" by The Dough Rollers. Dirty, stripped-down blues with raw, raspy vocals. Good stuff.
  18. I have not heard of such a video. Have at it, hoss: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=wilco+airline+to+heaven.
