That's it? A couple of minute interview snippet and Wilco the Song? It was more like the Wilco minute than the Wilco hour. Why didn't they just string the 5 segments together and play them in a one half hour time slot that this appears to be? Don't tune in 5 minutes past the hour tomorrow or you'll miss the show.

Heard Wilco several times on XM/Sirius radio while driving around Yosemite National Park in my rental car last week. Wilco the album was also playing in Rasputin's Record store in San Francisco when my son was there last week as well. When we went to Amoeba Records in The Haight and asked one of the workers how the album was selling and he said it was one of the biggest sellers in recent days. Great record store by the way.

We missed out on a great version of Hoodoo Vodoo.....When I saw them in Indiana in April Nels and Pat added a dueling guitar bit that rocks. Would love to have heard You Never Know and Magazine. I requested Too Far Apart......Wasn't there for the sound check. Oh, well. Maybe next time they play in Mass. they will add a half hour to the show .

Just got home from a three hour drive back to CT and wet all the way. Could have used one of those T-shirts the ballpark people were shooting out to the crowd for the ride home. The traffic through Lowell back to 495 was brutal. But, Wilco rocked and were great up to the downpour. They stopped and came back to play ITMWLY despite the wind driving the rain into the stage. Most of the equipment had been covered for a few minutes but Nels' gear was getting pretty soaked from what I could see. The crowd was pretty large and we got there late due to an accident on the highway outside of Lowell.

I'll be there with my son and two nephews(20 somethings).....I'll be wearing my Red Sox hat.....They are predicting showers after 9PM. Temps in mid 70's for the afternoon and 60's at night. I was at Fenway Park Tuesday night and it was like winter. Not really, but it was in the low 50's. So much for global warming.

I think they have cars now. They will never play in my hometown but who cares? Christ, I was in Indiana, over a thousand miles from home and saw them. See them where you can and enjoy. Travel makes it fun don't you think?
