The 70's is easily my favorite, from the obscure stuff to the top 40, I pretty much love it all.

Easily the best album I have heard this year, don't see how it won't be in my top 3 at the end of the year. Really amazing.

Just picked this one up yesterday finally. I think it is a bit of a grower. Just picked up my tickets for Red rocks.

I have to say this is one of the better MOJO CD's in awhile. Been listening to it constantly. Songs handpicked by the modfather himself, Paul Weller and he seems to have quite good taste. Broadcast, fleet foxes, Declan O'Rourke, Diagrams, Midlake, Tame Impala, lots of good stuff.

Ok, I have been spending the year listening to old stuff and it's time for me to try something from 2012. I need some help here. I'm not hearing a consensus buzz about any new stuff and judging by most of the recent posts, most people are not listening to a ton of new stuff. Is there a must hear right now? Is it the new Shins? New Justin Townes Earle? I need some guidance.

Considering the fact that albums no longer actually sell in any meaningful numbers this is pretty impressive. I love that she just gets up there and sings with no gimmicks. She has an amazing voice and it sounds like she has a significant role in writing the songs. What's not to like?

That's what I wanted to hear (about the Deja Vibe). Yeah, I had the capacitor clipped on the tele to get rid of that muddy neck pickup sound. Never regretted it. I can use that guitar to play anything now.

I have that Tele and I love it. How do you like the Deja Vibe? Thinking of picking one of those up.

Yeah, I have to say, not being a big Springsteen fan, those Fallon performances made me want to check this new one out. Pretty powerful stuff. One song he did sounded like the Pogues. Liked seeing Tom Morello up there with them.
