Got an email today saying that mine shipped. I emailed them on RSD asking if it had shipped, because they didn't notify me about the delay. They responded today saying that they were delayed (stickers) and will ship this week. Doesn't hurt to email! Just respond to the initial order confirmation message they sent.

In time, I believe that we will be able to obtain these bonus songs in a digital format. People have their ways with ripping vinyl. However, I don't think I'll be able to post them here. PM me in a couple weeks.

Agreed. And it was on oversight on my part to the reason behind RSD. It definitely is a time to support the stores, but the releases aren't for the sole purpose of supporting stores. I've talked with my local store owner, and he calls the day a "shot in the arm" to get him through the year. RSD is truly a blessing for these stores, because the labels reach out and promote the small establishments, but they also speak to the real record collecting junkies with this ultra exclusive stuff. The end purpose of RSD is to help indie stores, but the means to that end are probably not the exclusive rel

I was able to get the Modest Mouse repress of Moon & Antarctica and Sonic Youth - Hits Are For Squares. Happy with my two finds, but I wish I could have found the Pavement - Quarantine RSD edition. I see that the Pavement record is already tripling in value on ebay...maybe more. This is insane. Why don't they press more???

Wondering when you all pre-ordered the box set. Maybe earlier orders aren't getting this email...mine was on Apr 5 and I haven't seen anything yet.

Maybe they will be shipping out only 1,000 to record stores for RSD. Maybe the other 4,000 are for online sales and later shipments?

Where did you find that info? I couldn't find the numbers on Wilco's site...then again, I didn't look very hard. EDIT: Never mind, found the number on the record store day website. Now I'm even more excited!

If I was a parent, I'd feel the same way. Oh heck, I still feel the same way as you. Kids at concerts are awesome, and a more family-oriented festival atmosphere makes for less ass-hats.

For some reason I was worried that these tickets would sell away quickly seeing that the hotels/motels are booking up fast. Seems like there are still tickets left. This makes me wonder what the capacity of this place is. Did anyone ever figure that out?
