  1. The album was in October - the film in November (I think).
  2. There are a lot of Rattle and Hum out-takes. I think most of them are on YT now. Or they were. I had some U2 concerts saved in my YT and they have disappeared.
  3. There is speculation they may do some sort of box-set anniversary release.
  4. I saw it twice in the theater. And later on bought the VHS/cassette at a department store. I still have them. I still think it's one of the greatest concert films of all time.
  5. I recall seeing that film years ago. Of course - later on John said that song was about himself and not Paul.
  6. I was wondering about that also. I recall Jeff or Spencer saying in an interview a few years ago that they had another TWEEDY album finished. Of course there is also that live Uncle Tupelo album that was talked about.
  7. Is it just coincidence that along with all the Paul stuff in the news the clip from the Imagine re-release happens to be How Do You Sleep?
  8. I may check it out if it appears on my local library's e-book site.
  9. I guess the other option is 1 cd for 12 bucks. I'll go for that. It's odd that they did not do a 2 cd version.
  10. I read about that last night. Oddly enough - right after I was reading that part in One Way Out about Berry's injury.
  11. The title seems sort of odd to me. (More Blood, More Tracks)
  12. I didn't bother with the last few Dylan releases. I pick and choose now a days.
  13. I'll go for the 2 cd version if there is one.
  14. It is a great album. It will be interesting to hear the other versions of those songs. I know they are out there - but I have never really collected Dylan bootlegs.
  15. I read this book a while back: A Simple Twist of Fate: Bob Dylan and the Making of Blood on the Tracks. I knew some thing about those sessions - but this book is really good with the details about the making of the album.
  16. I have the tape - which has an extra song on it. What's really strange is that concert film from that time or the next tour. Ritchie is not on stage for the opening number.
  17. Perfect Strangers is a great album for the time. I have never heard the other ones after that.
  18. I recall somewhere Edge said after this they were taking time off after this round of tours.
