I watched that a while back. I will say he had some great songs early on - but a lot of that later stuff is awful.
-
I think Lou Reed would find that funny. He hated the GD and all those SF bands. At least - I seem to recall reading that in a VU book.
-
Aha Maybe that is what I was thinking of.
-
I don't recall ever seeing such a thing out there to grab. I want to say someone had those up to view and then had to take them down. I don't know if that is right. I may be thinking of something else.

The old Edge shreds in that solo.
-
That is nice.

I have thought about getting that. And then realized all the Pirate home games would be blacked out. I am thinking of getting ride of cable. But I would not be able to watch baseball games if I did.

I've always loved the song Acrobat.
-
The Pirates (and other teams) have been through some stuff with the weather this year.
-
That's a shame. Note: I hate The Cubs. I follow The Pirates and no other team. I guess we'll see how it goes tomorrow.

Touching Evil (1997-1999) This is a great series that I originally watched on PBS. I was surprised to see this appear on Amazon the other day. I say this as there are now 2 British streaming paysites. There is also an American version of this show (2004). You can probably still find it on Youtube. It is also good.

It was posted on their Facebook page. At least a part of it.

The original or the re-release? It's interesting to listen to those back to back.
-
I made it about half-way through and gave up.
-
I don't think it is. The sheet is real thin. I was surprised it was in there. And this it was not ripped.
-
I got an original pressing of that many years ago. It still had the lyric sheet inside the album cover. Do the new releases still include that?

I've always loved the groove in that song.
-
They also did Mountains of The Moon. I have been into Easy Wind from that TV show Calibration as of late.
-
Phil and Bob did Operator. I wonder how long it's been since that song was played.
-
I am curious how you police that. I guess they will have people going around checking things out.

What's really wild - is to listen to that early stuff (Takes Off) and then Surrealistic Pillow and then After Bathing at Baxter's. It's quite a change they went through. Surrealistic Pillow has been one of my favorite albums since I was a kid. I think it is one of the best albums of the time period. I pretty much stop at Volunteers. Although I do have an original pressing of Blows Against The Empire. I know about Hot Tuna but I have never really listened to them.
