  1. I guess they have changed their minds about using LZ songs in movies and TV shows. There are also some LZ songs in the new Netflix show Mindhunter. I have read some posts on another message board recently that suggests they may release some more live shows.
  2. I watched part of a reading he did the other day. I may end up reading it at some point.
  3. It probably was like that. I see they have already announced another tour for 2018. That surprises me they would do back to back tours.
  4. I rather like the songs Electrolite and Undertow.
  5. John also plays on the track (guitar). It's listed on the back cover of the jewel case:
  6. I bet it was from an Mp3 blog. I think I still have the discs I made. I am pretty sure it was right before Bit Torrent took off.
  7. I recall finding those online years ago. I always wondered why they didn't put them out when the cd boom was going on.
  8. I have always known that he wrote that song. I thought it was listed in the cd booklet. I will have to take a look later. Maybe I read it in an interview or article way back when -
  9. There are some great Jayhawks songs on there also. Although I may be thinking more of the next album.
  10. Officially coming out (Christmas records):
  11. It's also on the Blue Mountain album Home Grown (1997).
  12. That's a good way to put it - preachy.
  13. I hope the rest of the songs are not like that one.
  14. I was outside the venue when some of those songs were recorded. We couldn't get tickets to the show. And I am pretty sure I bought the tape at a record store around there somewhere (Long Beach).
  15. The whole thing is up on YT - until it gets taken down, anyhow.
  16. It would have been cool if Alex was there also. Neil I think has totally disengaged from all things media.
  17. He has a book coming out about his Bass collecting I think.
  18. What's that about? I saw a photo of Ritchie Blackmore wearing a shirt the other day that had the words If The Grateful Dead Can Do It. . .Anybody Can... on the front of the shirt in white letters.
  19. I love that song Loser. But I have to say I judge all versions by the April 29th 1971 version. I only know that date do the Ladies and Gentlemen release. The sound of Jerry's guitar is just exactly perfect.
