  1. I have always known that he wrote that song. I thought it was listed in the cd booklet. I will have to take a look later. Maybe I read it in an interview or article way back when -
  2. There are some great Jayhawks songs on there also. Although I may be thinking more of the next album.
  3. Officially coming out (Christmas records):
  4. It's also on the Blue Mountain album Home Grown (1997).
  5. That's a good way to put it - preachy.
  6. I hope the rest of the songs are not like that one.
  7. I was outside the venue when some of those songs were recorded. We couldn't get tickets to the show. And I am pretty sure I bought the tape at a record store around there somewhere (Long Beach).
  8. The whole thing is up on YT - until it gets taken down, anyhow.
  9. It would have been cool if Alex was there also. Neil I think has totally disengaged from all things media.
  10. He has a book coming out about his Bass collecting I think.
  11. What's that about? I saw a photo of Ritchie Blackmore wearing a shirt the other day that had the words If The Grateful Dead Can Do It. . .Anybody Can... on the front of the shirt in white letters.
  12. I love that song Loser. But I have to say I judge all versions by the April 29th 1971 version. I only know that date do the Ladies and Gentlemen release. The sound of Jerry's guitar is just exactly perfect.
  13. We must have missed one. I just removed it - I think.
  14. They don't want the living room shows up there or shared. We had to take them all down several years ago.
  15. I wonder if they will end up including a dvd with out takes from the film (if they actually do a YHF box). I have pretty much given up on buying box sets or re-issues. But I think I will actually listen to these Wilco re-issues.
  16. Let's Hear it for Rock and Roll I bet. The YHF will probably be the most elaborate and best selling I would think.
  17. Interesting that some of those songs never made it to trading circles - Myrna Lee is a great song (John wrote it). We know the song from the Blue Mountain album Home Grown. I always figured there was a Wilco version around somewhere.
  18. If I recall correctly - there are A.M./Summerteeth/Mermaid Ave./YHF/ demos around. But I don't recall ever finding any sort of Being There demos.
  19. I bet it will be live shows on some of those discs.
  20. That would be an awesome thing to have.
  21. Well, that is a mystery. Ok - we have it listed but it was not uploaded/we don't have a source.
