I think they should hang it up, and not get some guy who is going to copy Steven. I sort of hoped those god awful Idol shows were on their way out, but I guess they are not. Steven Tyler's 'Idol' Gig Means Aerosmith May Take A Permanent Vacation

I have not watched it, but I read somewhere that the band gave them soundboard audio to use with the film they made.

Criminal Minds Similar to a lot of other crime shows, it has probably been on too long at this point. I just started watching it not to long ago. So it is new to me. Two of the shows I use to watch are no longer on - so I am looking for some new shows to watch.

I think you managed to combine the original groove and the Band Of Gypsys version there.

That's a trip.

Those were called Alex's Rants. There is always humor involved with Rush.

It does read like some of the stuff he posts on What's Wrong With Steve. I just saw The People Speak clip on The History Channel with Chris and Rich again.

Yes - I think it the second half that is cut. They are also doing a reggae version of Working Man. I have to say that is one of those songs I don't care to hear, really.
-
I forgot to mention that the person behind the BC Blog may be someone who works for the band, or even Steve himself. In today's post there is a backstage photo, so it must be someone who at least works for the band.

It's actually an edited version.

I like to dig around and find tracks like those on Youtube. I've never looked at that site before, but I often look at the Sundazed site. I hope they are going to put out some Damnation Of Adam Blessing tracks.

Another Guns N' Roses thread. I suppose they all end up with a lot of negative posts though. He also ran into some trouble at the Leeds Festival. I think he is a great front man.

It was great. We were closer to the stage than I thought we would be from looking at the seating chart. I wore earplugs the whole time. I am glad I did, as the sound was deafening.

This is from the show I saw:

That's right. He joined them in 1976 I think. I'm not all that knowledgeable about those so-called "faceless mid-western bands." They are were all very big when I was in the 7th/8th grade, but I never really listened to them. I think it is sort of funny that right now you can find more recent REO Speedwagon shows on Dime a Dozen, than recent Wilco shows.

Aerosmith has not put out an album of entirely original songs since 2001. I've read several articles about bands canceling shows due to low ticket sales. Rush is doing good, from what I have heard. I think Aerosmith is like AC/DC or Kiss. They may release a new album, but at this point, people go to their shows to hear the hits. I suppose they get that sort of money because they can.

I think Tommy and J.Y. are the only dudes from the orignal band that are still in the band now. Just like Journey, Yes, etc., they found a guy who could sing their former front man, and decided to carry on with the show. Something new I have noticed lately - a lot of those bands are now doing shows together. So you end up getting a Kansas/Styx/whoever else show. I guess they do pretty well playing sheds, casinos, and whatnot.

I read something last night that stated they have began to ban cameras and people using cell phones at their shows.
