  1. ABC Sets Lost Premiere Date
  2. There is some pretty good information on the Wikipedia page for Free As A Bird
  3. It's no big deal. I doubt I've ever heard a dB's song, I just recall seeing the news of a reunion somewhere. Hell, J Mascis still bad mouths Murph (from time to time), and they are back together, so anything is possible.
  4. The dBs played some shows a couple of years ago. The New Riders of The Purple Sage are touring right now. I think ? and The Mysterians are still at it. I think a lot of bands get together in public or private (Buffalo Springfield) at some point down the road. How many of the original bands members particulate, or are still around, or want to participate is a different story. There are of course, several old bands now hiring sound a-like players to stand-in for departed members. I got here by way of Uncle Tupelo, and would love to see them play together. Whether it ever happens is up to them
  5. Ringo Starr recruits Paul McCartney on new album
  6. I think that was on due to the re-make. I didn't see any of the re-make though. The Prisoner was recently re-made also. I have always liked The Outer Limits better than The Twilight Zone (from a sci-fi point of view).
  7. I rather like watching old sci-fi shows from the early 1970s.
  8. The Starlost The Starlost (Wikipedia entry)
  9. They just put up: The complete Last Waltz Concert
  10. I have seen a lot of Son Volt shows popping up over the last few months. It use to be that I never saw any of their shows, and now, there seems to be several of them out there. If the show appears, it will most likely be on bt.etree.org or Dime a Dozen.
  11. Taper's Section (November 23 - November 29, 2009)
  12. A list where you can find the Neil Young songs Uncle Tupelo covered (by way of the great Factory Belt site). Also, Golden Smog use to do Revolution Blues and Powderfinger (if I recall correctly).
  13. "The House the Replacements Built” Torn Down
  14. Interesting. I have not used Windows 7. Those two things should be what you need in order to listen to FLAC files.
  15. And Will to Love I always think those two songs go together.
  16. Some recent (last 2 weeks) uploads: Bob Dylan & The Band Madison Square Garden (New York, NY) Jan 31st 1974 Set 1 Jan 31st 1974 Set 2 The Grateful Dead Winterland (San Francisco, CA) March 18th, 1967
  17. That is where I just watched the Pink Floyd episode. It looks like that is the only one they have streaming, as far as I can tell.
  18. There is a whole bunch of those (as you probably know), but I have never really ever saw any of them, except for bit and pieces of various episodes. I was watching The Machine Head episode once, but Youtube disabled the audio track, so it was not exactly worth watching.
  19. An Ox's Tale: The John Entwistle Story (2006) I don't think I ever saw the whole film until now. I did not think it was all that great. I feel as though the first half was spent saying the same thing over and over - that is, what a great and innovative player he was. I agree - but I don't need to watch various people saying it over and over again. It was interesting that Roger was not in the film. I am guessing he refused to be interviewed. Classic Albums: Pink Floyd - The Making of The Dark Side of the Moon (2003) I've never been that much of a Pink Floyd fan, but Dark Side of the Moo
  20. I have to say, that episode was funny as hell. The ending of The Office last night was oddly unsatisfying.
  21. Interesting. I have not heard this yet, I need to check it out.
  22. Youtube is one of the greatest things ever, I think. Timerider (1982)
  23. That's it. And then Robert said in an interview or somewhere, that he was down on one knee (tying his shoe) and apologized to him.
