Knowing what I know, you can almost bet they already have someone lined up to take that position. Tapers Section (November 16 - November 22, 2009)
-
I will be up your way this week. Maybe we can go find The Boston Tea Party.
-
It is (the super deluxe totally awesome re-mastered version). Of course, a lot of those albums are not exactly live.
-
Since it is Amazon.com, I would think that list is based on sales (in this case Mp3 downloads.) One of our old threads about live albums is probably better, but that one may be more diverse, actually.
-
I like that album - but most people don't care for it, even the band always puts it down. It was suppose to be a movie, but it never got made.
-
You should at least check out Creatures of The Night.

Led Zeppelin - Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction (3 parts) Someone has upped Led Zeppelin's induction from 1995 (from the recent release of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame dvds.)

Uncle Salty No More, No More Round And Round Sight For Sore Eyes Think About It (Yardbirds)
-
King of The Mountain is a cool song. Eric Carr was a great drummer.
-
Although I have pretty much heard all of them (except the new one), Asylum was the last one I bought.

Report: The Who To Perform At Superbowl

I prefer The Yardbirds versions. But, I like what Aerosmith did with the songs.
-
Yes, check the links I mentioned. You will see.
-
There is a whole long passage about his fear of people like that in the Beatles Anthology book.
-
Check the Youtube thread - I recently posted some video links you may want to look at. Unless you are Eric Clapton, you are not going to get rich playing the Blues. People came and went (more than you think), so they changed into something else.
-
Speed has the book, she can look. I was thinking of Boston (The Tea Party concert hall) last night, as I was listening to some live Fleetwood Mac (the old stuff). They were an influence on Aerosmith.
-
Have you ever went to the place they use to live in Boston?
-
As I have often said (and you know), if you look at the time they had to come up with songs, record them, and then do all the other stuff they had to do, even the songs that are not so great take on a new meaning.

I watch Community, and Parks and Recreation (now), but still feel they are Office clones (in some ways). I have to say that the Community Halloween episode was funny as hell. Abed is the man. Cool ABED Films

I've always liked the song Michelle (and I'm not much of a Paul fan), but Run For Your Life is terrible. I think John once that song was "pure shit" or something like that. But, it's on the album, and in the old days you had to get up and move the arm, so it was best to just let it play.
-
Sounds like The Hours and Times (1991) (only without the bath tub scene). Speaking of movies, the Beatles film that Dick Clark produced is on Youtube: Birth Of The Beatles (1979) (Note - there is some NSFW nudity and language in the the film.) I remember watching this film.
-
Anyone ever been to this place? (This is a pretty nice Beatles blog. It is all about fans meeting the Beatles.) Hard Day's Night Bed and Breakfast
-
I pretty much agree, but some people like the latter stuff. I think unless they have some sudden hit album like KISS recently did, after years and years, they should just stick to touring. Supposedly, Joe wants to do away with using song doctors. We shall see.

If you search Mp3/FLAC Music blogs, Megaupload, Rapidshare, etc., you will find them.

I've read various things - such as, Scarlet Rivera got him to do for the heck of it, he did it so people could see him better from far back in the crowd, and it was something they did at a Halloween show, and did it off and on after that. Although, there are things out there like this: Directory of Bob Dylan’s Unreleased Songs: L So maybe there is some truth to what he is saying.
