I think it is because a lot of bands sell their SBD sourced shows these days, and the belief that SBD sourced shows are more likely to end being sold as bootlegs.

I don't recall seeing any, but then again, the only thing I really look for these days are Wilco and related shows. I think I have seen at least one Steely Dan FM sourced concert on a bootleg blog somewhere.

I am somewhat surprised, but not really. A lot of older bands don't seem to understand live show trading, probably due to the buying and selling of bootlegs back in the day. Although, not all BT sites follow Dime a Dozen's lead, so you may find Steely Dan shows elsewhere.

I think a lot of it had to do with them hiring Bob Rock to work on the album.

They are - Don't You Honey Me is on the second disc, and Childlike & Evergreen is on the first disc.

I was thinking of the Yes band. They should do a tour together.

I was flipping channels and caught that last night. There was a also a Bruce Springsteen song used on that show a while back.

I never did buy any of the Rhino Warner Bros. re-issues from 2004. Murmur (1983) Reckoning (1984) Fables of the Reconstruction (1985) (I am more excited about this one, and the next one being re-mastered.) I think that is part of it. Like I have said before, there is a line there somewhere, and we have to be careful about crossing it. I know it may seem odd, or whatever, but that is how it goes. Maybe that will change at some point. Although - Outta Print, Outta Site (1 disc) and The Complete Singles 1994-2002 (3 discs) are out there, if people look around a bit.

I think it has to do with the fact that they did things they said they would never do. I have never really heard the album, as I had quit listening to metal a couple years before that album came out. What I have always thought was really odd, was the fact that they had some sort of fashion makeover during the Load era.
