Smashing Pumpkins to play Horseshoe Casino

I suppose we'll see some of this now - as we have casinos now a days. I wonder if it all has something to do with the fact that if a band you like is playing a theater, you are going there to see them because you want to vs. casino's have bands come and play to attract people to come and gamble. Or is it as you say - maybe that is the only place to play. I am against casinos all together. But - that is a whole other thread. -

Another phenomenon - bands playing private shows and corporate events for big money. There is also the whole deal of playing biker events and House of Blues clubs. I suppose this sort of thing is good for the fans - as they get closer to the band. I wonder what their profit is - as opposed to playing theaters or summer shed tours. -
When I was in, they could still grab people. Anyhow - Christianity serves several purposes to those in the military: 1. In times of war, those who serve are afraid they are going to die, so they start thinking about the supposed afterlife. 2. If those who serve end up killing people in combat they feel guilty, and therefore, seek redemption. 3. Christianity is a component of Manifest Destiny.

It's only two guys right - the rest are hired hands? -
Yes, if one wants Mp3s of various bit rates, one can get what they want from that site.

I am not busting on you, old chap. I was just curious.

Tell me, Why do you keep starting threads on this dude?

I don't think I have ever really listened to the last disc in that box - maybe once - when I first bought it.

So Many Roads - Soldier Field, Chicago, Illinois, 1995-07-09 is the last track on the So Many Roads (1965-1995) boxset. I still think that was sort of a tacky thing to put on there.

Don't pay - ever. If nothing else - go to Expecting Rain - there is a forum there and a links section.

I use to have about all of them from early 80s - they are long gone though. The ones I mentioned above were given to me by a friend of mine.

I hope you mean the commercial release - there is no reason to pay money for so-called bootlegs these days. You can find all that sort of thing online.

Blondie actually played at a dog track here where I live - go figure. -
I recall seeing that when it was on - 2000, I think it was.

Thanks - I may check them all out for the heck of it. That song sounds like The Doors.
-
I don't think I have ever heard any of their albums except for the one I own.

I always skip that one - I don't think Yes was the sort of band that should have been doing covers in the first place. -
