  1. Speaking of terrorism - Although I have been skeptical in the past when this sort of thing was mentioned, I saw this last night, and there are most certainly some things shown in this film to make you think: Loose Change.
  2. I was surprised the store had Ghost Dog, but not Mystery Train. Also, they had Coffee and Cigarettes. I told the manager dude he should get Mystery Train. I too, rather like that movie.
  3. We have two where I live - one in the library, and one where the only way to go there is to drive to it. So, I figured they would not be closing. I don't care for their coffee - so I don't drink it. I am really spoiled by having fresh coffee made from freshly roasted beans ever morning. That is the only coffee I care to drink.
  4. Before that, we watched Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai (1999) - as Ms. Viatroy had not seen it. I was hoping to get Mystery Train (1989) next, but the Blockbuster here does not have it.
  5. We watched Idiocracy the other night. I can see why Mike Judge had a hard time getting this film released.
  6. The Lost tapes from the Dr. Who engineer Some BBC video of how the sounds were made
  7. No - I was just digging around. One of those clips I saw made me think of The Wall - or should I say, maybe the people who made The Wall movie were familiar with that film.
  8. As the theater was packed when we went yesterday, I just watched it online. There was certainly some great acting going on - I must say.
  9. There are some more clips - if you look on the right side. Also, it is out there to be had - if you do Bit Torrent.
  10. I figured he would do that - as I think it would really limit how many people would buy it, if it was a Blu-ray only release. The dude who put the new disc drive in my computer a while back said he thinks DEll will be putting them in their computers soon enough.
  11. Hats off to the Albert Flasher, and of course, Pittsburgh.
  12. Why in the hell was Charlie Rose asking him those "top 5" questions? I thought it was very insightful, besides that.
  13. Neil was on Charlie Rose last night -the video is up now.
  14. If you do a search on ebay using the search term - signed by Wilco - you will probably find many pages of such things. I figure most of those are the results of the work of blue-penners. Those are people who make a living selling items signed by bands. Personally, I think it is a shady business. I don't think the people who run this board want it to become a place where people can sell signed items from the band. If you are going to do such things - why even bother coming here - just do whatever it is you are going to do.
  15. That's right - I think I read that somewhere.
