Just as I thought. I don't think this stuff is unfriendly - I think it would rather be a good thing to have a thread pinned about ticketmaster procedures.

When one has a question - the less threads one has to search around in - the better. Here - we just start new threads for every question a person has - instead of checking to see if it has already been addressed. I think the admins should start a thread for each show of a tour, pin the thread, and everyone can ask questions, comment, etc. in that one thread. There could be the same deal in the after the show thread.
