  1. The music is all weird in that song. The Rich song seems more together.
  2. In case you have not seen it: Joshua Kirk's Album of the Day (Ep. 22): Old 97's - Wreck Your Life I think it is great that someone his age is into alt-country. Bel Air is still one of my favorite Old 97s songs.
  3. A new song from Chris: Shore Power A new song from Rich: One Road Hill
  4. You can find it on Daily Motion - search on Wilco Marble Mountain.
  5. I take it that was for the video screens or in house video monitors? Is that too early for video screens?
  6. That sounds right. I do recall him telling Cliff stories at the Metallica 30th Anniversary shows. Maybe it will be something along those lines.
  7. I just read an article on Billboard about Scott Ian doing a "spoken word" tour. That must be something to see. I wonder what he talks about? I suppose I could find some videos on Youtube.
  8. I use to listen to his show where he talked about music and told stories. I recall reading recently that he was going national.
  9. There is also New Earth Mud and This Magnificent Distance.
  10. I've never bought any of those except the WB studio box and So Many Roads. I think I have crappy mp3 files of the Fillmore West 1969: The Complete Recordings boxset. I burned the files to cds several years ago.
  11. I have never paid for digital files before. That is good to know.
  12. I wonder if those downloads come with the liner notes/artwork?
  13. You should check out The Wild Bunch.
  14. You should check out a James Coburn film called Duck, You Sucker (1971). And the Peckinpah film Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia (1974). With the great Warren Oates.
  15. I think it is just a version the dvd producers put together. Outside of the novelty of Dylan being in the film, I never cared all that much for it. It's just another telling of the Billy The Kid story. I much prefer The Wild Bunch.
  16. I have not read the whole thing yet - but in the new GD Almanac there is some news about all the Road Trips series being available in digital format.
  17. There was a dude who had all the old TV movies up - but Youtube kept killing his channel. Now - you have to hunt around. Although - if you find one, you usually find several.
  18. I've seem some FB posts the past few days about Rich making a video.
  19. As I am a fan of TV movies, it was great. It's about a kid who hides in a trash compartment of a command module and ends up in space. Later on - bad things happen and he saves the day. I was a big fan of the whole space travel/moon landing stuff back in those days. You can find it on Youtube.
  20. Due to living in the land of ice and snow - I watched the following movies yesterday: Stowaway To The Moon (1975) - A fondly rememebered TV movie I saw when I was 9 years old. Used Cars (1980) - Still funny as hell - as when I saw it on HBO back in the day. Death Proof (2007) - A piece of junk. Although I understand what Tarantino was trying to do.
  21. I don't much care for that album. I do like most of the last two albums though.
  22. It could be an attempt to have a hit song again, I suppose. Those drums - poor Larry.
  23. Invisible (offcial video) I hope the album does not "sound like" that song.
