Summerteeth is a masterpiece. Do not touch it. It contains the twitchy schizophrenic pacing jumping from She's A Jar to A Shot In The Arm back to We're Just Friends to I'm Always In Love. Down up down up! Summerteeth sounds extremely organic for a revisit of golden age pop via awesome engineering and production, not forced at all.

She's great. I actually heard her song, Tightrope, play as I waited in a Sonic's Drive-Thru: it surprised me.

I saw them open for Animal Collective and that was one of the worst performances I'd seen. Spring forward about 5 years, this album is a direct contrast to my experience. This album actually sounds pretty good. I've been listening to the LA Times stream/widget.
