I would put Say It Ain't So under top 200. I'm really glad Aaliyah placed at number 8 with Are You That Somebody?. I'm shocked Smells Like Teen Spirit ended below top 3. But it's still at a very relevant place in the list.

The problem with giant blizzards are that you have no idea where the hell you're going. I'm don't like nor do I dislike it. But I appreciate that they took a daring step.

On first listen, I thought it didn't sound awful. It felt like I walked into a giant blizzard of psychedelia.

The m4as (with synchronized artwork) that came with the album from the Arcade Fire website do not work on my iPod: in certain positions of each track, the iPod skips or halts, thus not playing certain sections of these tracks. However, those files work fine on about every media player on my computer. Anyone else have this problem?

I have not been able to stop listening to the Meadowlands since I bought it about two months ago.

When I first heard Lights, I couldn't actually believe how disappointed I was. Barricade is a superior single.

You mean how School Of Rock ripped on whoever directed Sugarcube? Yeah! For the record, I still hate School Of Rock. Jack Black can go dream of his own demise every night. /spite

I'll try again, but I feel a minister is singing my ears.

The ultimate yin and yang of movie going

I thought there was great simple storytelling, but I did not see the magical performances in the actors that would set them apart for best actor/supporting actor nominations. -
Let's see if he has the knack to sing like he claims. The Black Keys are advertising really hard to still push their album on NPR and other music websites.

Whats your favorite "fuck you" song?
augurus replied to junkbond_trader's topic in Someone Else's Song
For some bizarre reason, I prefer Ex-Girl Collection as my favorite Wrens "fuck you" song over Hopeless and Everyone Choose Sides. -
Hooray for awesome mixtape that comes with CD. /endBragging Boo Burns for the awfulness that is Rough Trade Shops. Someone else should also tell them that they have an awful website and delivery system.

I think I've had more than enough with this band when they immediately remind me of OK Go.

Will Ferrell was not himself. He was not overplaying nor exaggerating his stupidity. He didn't start any of his stupid in your face exaggerations. He stuck to his role and added punch when required. He didn't get typecasted. He reserved the urge to insert over-the-top innuendos, shout at the top of his lungs whenever he wanted, act stupidly, and exaggerate. I think you need to go back and watch this film if you're going to,... talk about it.

Will Ferrell did an amazing job not being himself. I really enjoyed the film.
