  1. You are my hero. For a year, I was gardening, shooting down UFOs, fishing, and spelunking. Oh, and I was also well known for introducing some odd vocabulary to my citizens so that they would greet me with "Siegheil!" The patterns I laid down on the floor looked much more offensive. Eventually, I offended anyone that entered my town. That is how you deter people from cutting down your apple trees. --- If you're not picky, wait until march 2011 to get the new Nintendo 3DS which is basically better graphics, some 3d capabilities, more games, and etc. You'll also have a new set of game

  3. I believe that is Bob Boilen's favorite song currently.
  4. Planet Of Sound and U-Mass are excellent as well. West, Kanye - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy Trying not to oversaturate this awesome album, really really hard. The National - High Violet | Expanded Edition
  5. Much better than their last two albums, but not better than their first: sorry, music cliche about first albums win.
  6. It's really good! It's not my favorite of the year, but I was quite shocked by what I heard and the beauty of it. I hope to see more VCers pick this up, so there goes my bump.
  7. Wait, Chris Taylor produced this? Sweet.
  8. np: Spencer Tweedy - Single Digits Most important song of the year, ammmmirite?
  9. "I don't think music media is the real forum for theological discussions,... ...I think I've said things and sung about things that probably weren't appropriate for this kind of forum. And I just feel like it's not my work or my place to be making claims and statements, because I often think it's misunderstood." ~Sufjan

  11. Last submission candidate to possible best of 2010?
  12. I saw it on another blog, Brooklyn Vegan: I'm kind of surprised no one else is even talking about this; then again, who else even cares about YLT on this forum? Someone's gotta be recording, right?
  13. Kanye West - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy Blame Game is quite a mind-frak. Girl Talk - All Day Loose Fur - Loose Fur
  14. Jeffrey Donovan isn't really an actor: there's as much acting in him as there is orange juice in Sunny Delight. Burn Notice is entertaining to watch due to the amount of detail and logic placed into the show. However, I wouldn't watch it for character development and arcs.
  15. I think that's a little too far. I thought they kind of dragged the end of the first season and the beginning of the second season. But season 3 has moved along very well and the parallels have worked out wonderfully. I'm disappointed that Lonestar and Caprica got the boot. The actress who plays Clarice on Caprica, she is just amazing when she says, "I just want to have a talk with her." This House season has disappointed me. Not only did Fox advertise it like Grey's Anatomy and killed its ratings, the writing has fallen off the compass. There's still a few great moments like when Am
  16. Is it okay if I listen to this every time I get bummed out by an evening?

  18. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lPvhKV3Yg2k Somebody's gotta be brave enough to do it without getting branded by Billy Corgan. No one sane would walk near Billy Corgan. /ducks
  19. Unfortunately, most DDR players (especially the competitive ones) are douchebags. Seriously, who buys SVU on DVD? What the hell? They better be watching that as a comedy and getting high.
