At Lollapalooza a few years back, a dude near us peed into a plastic bottle to avoid having to make his way through the throng. This is probably more easily accomplished by the male species versus the female.

Pat was tradiing guitar licks with Nels on one of the songs and he sounded fantastic the other night - I wanna say on Kingpin - and he sounded kick-ass-tacular.

I've been a stranger to VC lately - no time to stop and smell the roses, post on here or send Natalie my address so she could send me an "avante garde music for lovers" mix CD that she had crafted for me. Larger venues kinda make the whole experience more impersonalized. I kinda wished I'd see them again at the Auditorium Theatre or other beautiful restored theaters that they played last tour.

Yay for touring, but boo on the larger-scale venues.
