I saw 28 Up when it was in theaters in 1985 and have been obsessed ever since. It is such a great series, particularly as the participants get older and have a better sense of who they are. Thanks for the reminder.

I saw it yesterday and really liked it. My expectations were low (particularly after my local paper (The Boston Globe) panned it) but I was thoroughly entertained.

Me too - about half way through it. I'm enjoying it, particularly the detail of the early years. I started listening pretty early on but there's a lot I didn't know.

Sad news. (He signed my copy of Pleased to Meet Me at an in-store in 1987. Paul wrote "Bob is sick" on my copy of Let It Be and "So is Paul" on PTMM. Slim added "So is Slim" underneath Paul's.)
