  2. Last night: Cat Power Sings Dylan: The 1966 Royal Albert Hall Concert. Really enjoyed it - partly because about halfway through a friend of a friend (who had some connection to the venue) found me a brought me to a seat in the very front row, right in front of Chan.

  8. She did not get to meet them though she was near them. She was also an extra in Little Women a few years ago and met most of the stars on that one.
  9. My daughter was an extra in the movie. Her shoulder is prominently featured in one scene. But I agree - really enjoyable movie.
  10. Ha! They're working on a 52-song, four album project called Deck. Might require a national tour.
  11. To me the first Big Audio Dynamite is one of those albums that brings me back to a very specific time and place. I was 20, taking time off from college, living in my first apartment. I had a cassette (which dates myself) with this album on one side and REM's Reckoning on the other, and I spent a lot of time walking around with my Walkman, trying to figure things out. Just listened and I still like it. The Bottom Line, E=MC2, Medicine Show - so good!
