This already happened like a month or two ago. Seriously, they had a concert at the guy's wake. Jason Bonham sat in.

This movie almost changed my mind about universal health care. After seeing it, I would think it would be great and I would be willing to pay my share for the rest of the country to get "free" health care. But... Again, reality sets in: The drugs, treatments, and technologies that the rest of the world enjoys for cut rate prices are for the most part developed here in the U.S. -- Making health care not for profit and state run will basically take the wind out of the sails.. I think at least. Also, we spend 40% of our federal budget every year on the military. I don't see that changi

This current incarnation, while very good live, is more methodical than its previous incarnations. Even if they play varied setlists, the music is a dutiful replication of the sound on the record. It seems to me that when you go to a Wilco show nowadays you better be ready for a well-polished music machine... For me, the mystery is long gone but I still keep going to the shows.

I watched the first to John From Cincinnati's last night. Great show!. That David Mitch is awesome.

Yeah, slipping into the GA section made all the difference for me.

I agree. I have been lucky enough to see Wilco in all kinds of venues and have great seats/location to see them. But sitting half way back in the pavilion with the quiet sound system kind of felt blah to me. Luckily we decided to move because I was actually thinking of leaving early. So you can have a great time at Merriweather, but you better be close.

Agreed.

I enjoy them most in reverse chronological order.

My favorite song was the robot song: Let's do it one more time without emotion. And then the binary lead: 000100000101100010110001101110100001010101

Lou Dobbs: I'm a Populist and proud of it

Nope. Racism only exists in America. -
Good show. We sat in the pavilion for a while but I did not think it was loud enough. So we migrated up to the lawn with my friends and I liked the sound there much better. Then eventually we sneaked down to the GA area and the sound and energy was amazing. I thought the second half of the show was pretty amazing. Great crowd, met a lot of really cool people.

At our office we only hire illegals. They will play the video games that we don't want to play - and cheaper. Often times their scores are better!

Thanks for the tip. I watched this last night. First time I saw the Tweedy DVD in its entirety. Very good. Thanks!

I read an awful lot and keep up with the news. Your link to the SPP was the first I have heard of it as a named concerted effort. It's just not covered here. Surprise, surprise. The only thing I have heard about in the same vein is the proposed super highway that would connect Mexico to Canada. Not a fan. Thanks for the heads up. I will be on this one like a dog in heat now. -

Sorry for the misinfo.

Maybe, but I'm not a believer in "spoiler" candidates. This country is way too engrossed in the 2-party democrat/republican lies. If I don't vote for you its because you didn't deserve my vote.

Yes. That would do it. Us Americans are too stupid (another Dobbs article from today) to pay attention to what our president is up to. You guys in Canada need to fight this because God knows that this country was bought and paid for a long time ago. We are too far gone. -
That's right. Tell your dad good job and enjoy the show!

The supposedly enticing part about Bloomberg is that he presumably would not be taking campaign contributions and would not be "owned" by anybody.

I don't know why they spend all of their money on paying these high paid actors. Honestly I don't go because somebody special is playing the part of a mouse. If I were producing one of these films I would spend about 1/10th of the money on the voices and bet that I would be better off. One other thing, why do these cartoon makers insist on perpetuating ethic stereotypes in their movies? It's perverse.

Leave by 4pm and you should probably be ok. I would assume that it would take an hour or so. But I'm crazy conservative when it comes to getting to concerts.

FYI - Columbia, MD is the world's most sterile town in America. You'll see. It was designed that way. I call it the "Biggest Industrial Park in the World" As far as cool places to go, I would say that the mall is your best bet unless you want to drive from the bar to Merriweather. If you don't mind driving, I would have to say the best bar in Columbia is Nottingham's. It's not too far. According to the people who live here, I just work here, you can: Go to the Champs bar in the mall. Very close and is walking distance. Clydes, short drive Sonoma (seafood) 2 minute ride. p.s. C
