Don't need to say that here, as it's usually already raining. My Dad always used to say in such situations "Worse things happen at sea" and coming from a family with generations in the merchant navy, that's undeniably true - especially on the Arctic Convoys.

Thanks for the info. Saw the Neil Finn and Paul Kelly show on YouTube after the event and the quality of filming etc. was excellent. I think it was around for a while afterwards (?) so even if you're not up and about at that time people can catch it later I hope. Personally, I luckily have the day off and hope to time my DIY lunchbreak to coincide (11:30 here). Bit too cold for some tinnies and shrimps on the barby, but will be thinking of all you Bruces and Sheilas. G'day.

Possibly the only new snippet I took out of it:- "I just don’t think you’re ever going to play a record live, unless it’s something, I don’t know, that’s recorded live. I don’t think you can ever play it and have the impact be more profound than the experience someone has listening to a record by themselves and growing with it over a long period of time."

I've wrestled with the moral dilemna and decided that only those who go should vote, so I'll keep stum.
