His name didn't happen to be Blake Mitchell, did it? -

Rutgers in the Top 25 for the first time in 30 years. It'll probably last about 4 days, but I'll take it. Wow, sorry that pic is so big. I'm a little excited today. -

He's Venezuelan, and there's no way he's winning the MVP this year. -

Nice catch. I conveniently tend to forget all accomplishments by those in Red Sox uniforms. What I meant to say was last black lefty starter to win MVP. -
You're in the clear, but you should definitely lay off the Ring Dings. just kidding

Their defense is horrendous and the running game's been nonexistant. Quinn hasn't been great, but he did throw 5 td passes last night. They also play nobody until their last game against USC, so I think he'll be ok. -

If anything, he'll help Jeter's chances by taking some votes away from Morneau. Also, I believe that last starter to win the MVP was Vida Blue like 30something years ago. I really could care less about the awards, I just love the anti-Yankee bitching. -

I think Santana's the real MVP, but pitchers just don't win MVPs. -

Definitely. Mo's the MVP just about every year, but he'll never get one. You know where Jeter won the MVP this year (right or wrong)....the 2 late-inning game-winning hits against the Red Sox that turned a 3-2 series into a 5 game sweep (and demoralized the Sox). Of course the Yankee lineup is better than the Twins and the A's. But this year, the Yankees would be where the Red Sox are right now without Jeter. Don't have time to find the stats, but check out the avg with risp, and the late inning batting stats if you're really bored. I'll never win any Jeter arguments here, so I'll ju -

He played it on 11/17/05 as well. One of the highlights of that show. I'll post a link when I get a minute.

I also heard a rumor (although not sure how reliable) about an Irving Plaza NYC band show being added after D.C. Anyone heard anything?

What a great show that was. He was definitely looking at us right there. Thanks so much people. It's been a great day. , especially watching the Giants game with a crowd of all dirty Eagle fans.

Definitely not a fan of Roseland (or Hammerstein either for that matter), which is why I'm heading to Philly instead.
