Another victory for the forces of evil
Sir Stewart replied to Good Old Neon's topic in Tongue-Tied Lightning
My neighborhood is crazy gay friendly, and yet this happened a couple of years ago. (Long story short, a lesbian couple was refused service in a convenience store because they were too cuddly with each other in line). -
I was thinking of starting a thread for top anything music-related of the decade. May I use this thread for posting these sorts of things? (Stuff like....Top Ten Hip-Hop Singles of the '00s, Top Ten Overhyped Bands That Actually Don't Suck of the '00s...whatever you want to list.) I'll understand if not, I can start another...

He'll also be appearing at the 7 & 9 showings at Kendall Square Cinema in Cambridge on Friday.

Do the Yankees have to get permission from Tanyon Sturtze to use the Tanyon of Heroes?

Congrats, Yankees.

Thanks for that link. The Aviator is and will probably go down in history as the dark horse of Scorsese's great films. I loved it and need to see it again. DiCaprio's greatest work. -
I forgot - a dash of Tony Soprano. So, yeah, both, twice over. Fuck these fucking Yankees.

Friendo, I am in The Departed and I believe Infernal Affairs is the better film. How ya like them apples? -
Why was Dark Neon not on (the Album)?

No, no Matt - trust me, this song is teh awesome. -
Joba Chamberlain looks physically like he was manufactured by the Yankee Organization - part Babe Ruth, part Derek Jeter.
-
Yeah, I liked that a lot too, man. Seeing Wilco in Sept of '01 must've been a trip. Hey - I was in Atlanta in Sept of '01, too. I recall Christmas shopping in a mall in La Jolla, CA, and reading in Spin(?) magazine that YHF was streaming on a site...radioparadise.com I'm thinking for some reason?
-
I know that's kind of a hypothetical and all, but - I think I would actually desire to see that. Her in a sundress maybe, sitting against a brick wall on a back porch, legs splayed out...

Look at the Yankees as Matsui rounds the bases on his 2-run homer. Look at Jeter. Reserved. Barely grinning. Does it really feel good to score off of Pedro Martinez? I'd say no.
-
I just think it would be cool, the idea of Levon & Robbie talking things over.
-
Someone out there on the net must've put it between those two by now, right?

(Ventriloquist)Jeff Dunham + crazy success = wtf???
Sir Stewart replied to Good Old Neon's topic in Tongue-Tied Lightning
Sarah Silverman makes me laugh lots and I also kinda can't stand her at the same time. -
I, Lucifer! Fun. I forgot about that book.
-
-shudder- As for A Confederacy of Dunces, I've tried twice and have not been able to stomach it, but I feel that someday I'll get it.
-
Well this is just goddamned priceless. Best bit since Masked Hater.

Does anyone else picture Miss Cross when you hear "Yankee...Hotel....Foxtrot..."

That's how I roll with (The Album). (The Song) is the b-side, in my world. -
What a stupid hoax. A-holes.

Shouldn't Rollins have at least started after Damon as Damon darted off for third? At least? I mean come on, it's the effing World Series. The Yankees seem to want it more. This is going to be a tough holiday season, dealing with my Yankee fan in-laws.

Right on - I've been on a YHF demos kick lately (once again). So good.
