Watched The Messenger last night. Great performances from all involved, particularly Ben Foster. Heartrending scenes of loss, including one with an (I think) uncredited name actor that just cleaned me out emotionally. Great spirit and humanity overall, and not obvious in any sense.

02 - Coming Up Music Video

"Ch-Check It Out" was the first single/leadoff track, and "Shake Your Rump" was a double A-side with "Hey Ladies". I've really warmed up to this album in the past week. It's great. Chicago peoples:

If I've learned one thing from decades of reading artists describing a new album before its release, it's that artists are terrible at describing their albums.

I gather your meaning Louie, but emails, blogs, and places like this are not totally ephemeral. For example, I often spend free time reading email exchanges from ten plus years ago, because they're like revisiting conversations and chatting with old friends. If someday (for example) Beck (Hansen, not Jeff) publishes his electronic exchanges I'd be very interested.
