  1. FYI, This is a fresh edit of this show. It turns out i not only forgot to include the track summer noon in my previous torrent, i also overlooked it when i originally split the track into the original torrent. I have no idea how i managed to do that, so the only way to make sure this live show didn't sound completely strange to my ears at that edit point between tracks 4, 5, and 6, was to completely re-do my original edit. Everything should be fine now. I sincerely apologize. I would recommend to anyone who downloaded the original torrent to delete it and download this one. Here are all th
  2. OK, major problem! I forgot to put Summer Noon in there! I need to delete everything, and start over now! Man, I'm pissed!!!
  3. I put this up on etree, for those of you who can't get dime to work. No account required! http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=573639 Now, I'll get to work on a solution for for non-torrent people.
  4. http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=498141 Enjoy!
  5. My recording is all set to share! I just have to wait for dimeadozen to finish their routine DB maintenance.
  6. Ah, gotcha. Thanks for the info. I still cant understand why they played a song twice in a row on the broadcast, though.
  7. I'll post it after I split the tracks. There is going to be an error/omission on it. WXRT played "Nobody Dies Anymore" twice instead of Via Chicago. My gues is that Wilcoworld sent them the wrong file to play? I'm not sure.
  8. I have a copy of the audiophile verson of the record that was included with the vinyl set. It sounds much more listenable. The regular version sounds no better than a folkways-era field recording.
  9. I think this was recorded for JBTV channel 62 in Chicago.this is the first time ive seen the full, unedited show. Cool!
  10. Wilco Me, I totally plan on doing just that. I might as well since im at home, with no show to go to.
  11. WXRT will still be broadcasting a TWEEDY show tonight. It'll be the Ryman show from June 24th! Im bummed about the cancellation, but at least we get to hear this. WXRT came through in a tough situation.
  12. Here's a link to the whole thing, for those who missed it. https://www.sendspace.com/file/xx6upy Enjoy!
  13. Fear not, everybody. Its my day off from work,so I hooked up my laptop to my digital tuner, and I will capture the entire show. Its very possible with some assistance from a family member, that I will able to do the same thing for the concert on saturday, despite the fact that I will be there!
  14. I've got that album today via download. I'm a member of his fan club. It sounds pretty damn good.
  15. I'm thinking that the band name could have been inspired somewhat by Mavis Staples. She only refers to him as TWEEDY, both publicly and privately! I've never heard her call him Jeff. If so, I think that's great, too!
  16. I've been reading the comments here, and I can't wait to hear this! Btw, for those of you who want a recording, It's already available for Pre-order in the roadcase, so we'll get a nice soundboard of it. We just have to wait a few weeks. That's probably why security was so tight. The public debut of these songs for the masses will most likely be that recording, and they want people to buy it. Totally understandable.
  17. Agreed. I've been to quite a few myself. This was one for the history books. Pink Moon? I had always wanted him to do that one. He never had done it up until tonight, but for some reason, I'd always thought he should. I didn't request it, but it was my dream that someday he would. Thanks for the ticket, Jules! If it hadn't been for you, I would've never seen that. Now I've gotta put in a request to Wilcoworld to get this thing roadcased! I'll be first in line to buy a copy if they put it up. They'd make more money for Montessori if they would!
  18. It's about time he did a solo album! This would probably be as good a time as any to do it, too. Once the band gets back together, the opportunity will be lost.
  19. Terrible news. My best wishes to Sue and my thoughts are with the entire Miller/Tweedy family. May they all find the strength to get through this.
  20. I was there tonight. Front row. It was such a monumental struggle to keep myself there that i decided not to take any pictures, even thought i had my camera with me. I just decided to do nothing but have fun and live in the moment. I waited longer for that show than any Wilco gig(about 10 hours), and it was totally worth it! They brought the house down! This "Mats reunion, without a doubt, is working. The question now is, do they try to do more with it now or just play the riot fest gigs and call it a day? I'm inclined to think that maybe they should quit while they're ahead. In a lot of ways,
  21. I bought the Deluxe Set for $83 at popmarket.com(It was Tuesday's Daily Deal). I couldn't resist. I wanted that Complete Isle Of Wright show. I don't know if this has been posted here or not, but you all might have seen this. http://forums.stevehoffman.tv/threads/bob-dylan-complete-album-collection.326813/ Well, I know what I want for Christmas!
  22. This kinda proves that Bob intentionally put out a bad album, just to piss off the types of fans he didn't want following him. He was producing great material, just choosing to release bad material.
  23. I pre-ordered this book awhile ago, and I received it from amazon yesterday. I'm now about halfway through it, and It's actually quite an interesting read, I think. It's a decent companion to Learning How To Die. It could be considered the updated version of LHTD. It goes all the way up to the making of The Whole Love, and it has exactly some of the things that a Wilco diehard like me would probably look for. a significant portion of the book is culled from interviews of the band from other sources(newspaper and magazine interviews and articles through the years), and while there are no inte
