ANCHORS STILL AVAILABLE!! FIREWORK SPRAYS STILL AVAILABLE!! you can cut these up and put em on your pant cuffs or something! C'MON! HALLOWEEN!!
-
UPDATE: there has been a taker for the rose and some shapeless stud bits! just to recap: still available are the stud formations in the shape of anchors, firework cascades (these would be great on jackets with padded shoulders 80's ladies!), and a newly discovered shape: GALAXIE SWIRL! (rose taker, if you'd like the new shape, let me know!) also available: the singer home sewing book. and now i need to put some pants on and get to work! good monday, all!
-
ALSO: turns out that the anchors are much smaller than i remembered: they are about 3" x 3" however, the roses are about 8" x 5"
-
but without the smell of shoe sanitizer spray! NEWS FLASH!! JUST REMEMBERED: --the non-anchor/rose shape studs come in HEARTS and STARS! NEAT!!
-
if you'd like an anchor (i have SEVERAL), let me know, gold or silver (or both!!1!), and pm me your address.

they are about 8 inches tall. QUALITY nautical stuff, i'm telling you. my current knitting dream project is a sweater with baseball sleeves adorned with a pint of beer on the chest.

i thought it was a good idea to dress as a skunk when i was 9. my mom made a great tail out of yarn, i wore a leotard of some kind...but the brilliance of the costume was lost on my class mates who made p-u! jokes all afternoon. as an adult who wears saddle shoes, i am thinking that a grown un witch w/said shoes might be funny. kind of preppy... but speed! think how bitchin you would look in a blue chambray shirt with a studded anchor on it!! you would look like a burbank retiree! BRILLIANT! A-HA!! done and done. you may need to xerox the squirrel bits for jen. ye

well, i hung up my framed andrew bird poster ( ) but cannot decide on a spot for my (spring 2005 ) framed decemberists poster. so. i'm putting the tool boxes away and thinking about ordering some indian food.

DROMEDARY! (dromedery?) and like that! 30 minutes has evaporated and my hallway is still cluttered with two open tool boxes. sigh. back to it, then!

not to worry: they also added potato skins to the menu. (what 's the irish equivalent to the blooming onion?) megusta: i've seen watkins family hour once. it was a terrific time! there is no structure to the evening. much like the above described show, there is a lot of discussion regarding which songs to play. benmont played with them the night i saw them, and another local fiddle player. the set list consisted on many old timey and rootsy numbers. a friend of sean's came up and sang a number with them as well. really fun to see them play to a small room. the only time i've seen
