Part of the fun of GBV is wading through everything to find the gems. But it can definately be overwhelming. I'd say focus on the main albums, but if you want to venture into the EPs, go with The Grand Hour and The Pipe Dreams of Instant Prince Whippet.

I would imagine that just posting this fee to talk to him will edge them into the Japanese market a little bit even if they don't sign him. In which case, it would be less publicity than signing him, of course, but since they'd get the money back, it would be completely free.

Nope. They can't lock him away with a conviction. They can't convict him without a trial. And they can't put him on trial again because the first trial reached a conclusion.

It doesn't matter. He could come out and say "Damn right I killed them and I'm glad that I did it" and they still couldn't charge him for it again. He's hedging his bets by making this hypothetical, but there's no legal reason why he can't just come out and say he did it. Plus, he already knows all of the evidence that the cops have against him. Or at least any evidence that they used or even had thought about using in the trial. They had to give all that to his defense team before the trial.

I wonder if whatever sort of guilt he's felt over the years (in addition to having people yell "Murderer!" at him wherever he goes) has finally gotten to him to the point where he's really gone crazy. I agree. There's some good football being played in the SEC, but if any of them were great, they'd be undefeated. Honestly, I think that Wisconsin may be as good as pretty much anybody in the SEC. Their only loss is to the #2 team in the country.

Markakis and Johjima's hitting numbers are pretty similar. And Johjima is a friggin' catcher. Someone just trying to rock the boat I suppose. Hanley is a good choice. 3 out of the top 4 were Marlins, and 6 out of the top 11. A good young crop of players there.
