Did they really come in that box? That's even cooler! When I ordered them there was only a picture of them out of the box!

I figured it might take a while.....but I knew immediately they'd be worth the wait!

If you ever find a pair of ladies size 9's feel free to return the favor.

Holy crap, they look even more real than I thought they would! This made my day.

I was wondering if I'd ever see that!

I don't know about Mister Stevens, but Miss Stephens is interested.

Heh, I just posted in the NP thread. Lyrically and musically I love it....if only I could take out the female vocal track. She may have a beautiful voice but it really irritates the hell out of me after a while.

Funny, that's what I love about it. I totally understand why that would turn some people off though.

I saw them once (Candy Butchers, I mean) opening for someone else....I wasn't all that impressed.

That's the guy that wrote all the Wonders songs for "That Thing You Do".....am I right?

As long as there are no songs entitled "Renee"......

No, thanks, I'll look for it. I'm putting up my shitty pictures from CBGBs this weekend.

That's not a very nice thing to say. NP: It's a Mike Patton kind of day.

Got tickets to see them in NYC on the 29th.

I would call it "Southern Rock" before I'd call it "country". DBT anyway. Even if you've never heard a note, do yourself a favor and check them out.

DO NOT SKIP THIS SHOW. Like Nobody Girl, I went to the NYC show the night after Wilco on NYE, and although I had a couple of their albums nothing could have prepared me for the 3 1/2 hour onslaught of amazing rock I witnessed. I'll be seeing them next week with Bobby Bare Jr as well. Can't fucking wait. A word of warning though, bring earplugs. Seriously.

I'm going to see them next week in NYC and I'm really excited. I've been a fan for a quite a few years now and this is the first time I've even heard about a show anywhere in my area. Glad to hear you enjoyed it.

We thoroughly enjoyed the first Transporter, but when we rented Transporter 2 we got about 20 minutes in and shut it off because it was so utterly ridiculous. I know, I know, it's not reality, but for god's sake, a car jumping off a ramp, turning in midair to exactly the right angle so he can use a hook suspended from a crane to knock a bomb off the undercarriage of his car, then rotate the car back to wheels down, land, and drive away? Yeah, a bit too much for me. I read something interesting about Crank yesterday that made me understand why it was so ridiculous....it was written to mimic

Incredible.
