  1. Tragically Hip are great...fun concerts too. I actually like their new stuff but I really am a fan of Music at Work and Phantom Power...
  2. 'Instant Repeater '99' - what a song! Love Soundtrack! Seeing them live a week from today. Proabably seen them live 10 times! Behind the Music and Origins Volume 1 are on constant rotation for me and I can't get the song Flipside off the new album out of my head!
  3. I have one back from 2002-3 I used to wear alot. It is black with White Writting and has a satellite dish on it...Maybe I will dig it back out! I also have one from 1997 with it looks like a robocop on it fighting crime with red and it says Wilco I have no idea where I put it but if I do find it I will post a pic it ws a great shirt but does not fit me anymore as it is 13 years old and I have grown a bit since then..I would offer it up to someone on here but I am a sentimental type and couldn't get rid of it...

  11. I'm on this ship...still Funeral was amazing too I just prefer Neon...
  12. Can't wait to hear some new music fom them! It is going to be hard to follow up Neon Bible but I am sure they can do it!
  13. Could be interesting I guess...I probably will go to this.
  14. I think 2 dates per most of those cities is ambitous! I wonder if he will play any Sigur Ros songs and what kind of backing band if any he will have?
  15. I lived in Hoboken for 3 years and Maxwells was a very big reason to stay in Hoboken. I probably saw 40 shows at Maxwells. It is always reasonable, intimate and a great energy room! I love the fact that there is no backstage and the band has to walk through to crowd to get to the stage. Were the Clash that unpopular in the USA in 1984 or was that a one off type of show? I thought they would be in a way larger venue by then!I would have loved to see them..just starting to get into them (I am very late to the game)
  16. I should have specified...I mean people seeing the band 2009 or so and up. Forgot about the Watt stuff.
  17. I wonder how many go to the Nels Cline Signers independently form knowledge of Wilco? I hate to say it but I am sure 99% are there because of his Wilco involvement.
  18. I saw Jude and I was 1 of 2 people! The previous gig I saw him at was opening for BEn Folds FIve in Central Park which thousands attended. I also saw Train opening for Pat Mcgee band maybe 30 people. Saw Colin Hay with about 50 people too...
  19. I just saw them in NYC! As always there live shows are a blast!
  20. 1. Being There 2. Summerteeth 3. Yankee 4. AM 5. Sky Blue 6. Ghost 7. Wilco
  21. Met all but Max from both lists! Glenn is the most easy going in my book. Although they are all friendly enough...Had some great conversations with Glenn.
  22. You are not alone. I would rank REM's worst album still about an 8 out of 10! I love Reveal, Around the Sun and Accelerate way more than Ghost is Born..I am sure I am the only one here in that aspect! Anyhoo
  23. Genesis played Land of Confusion whenI saw them on the reunion tour. I think they played it every night. Home by the Sea was a highlight for me at the show!
