Might not be the direction you are looking for but early Cure, Depeche Mode, R.E.M. and U2 take the cake for me! Get The Cure's Pornography, Faith and Head on The Door Get Depeche Modes A Broken Frame & Speak and Spell Get R.E.M.'s Murmurs, Reckoning and Fables Get U2's War and Boy Great early 80's jangle and synth music that really paved a way for many of todays bands! I think the 80's as a whole was better than the 90's, no?

I found this cd in the $1 bin at my local music store. It is an absolutley terrible name for a band. The cd on the other hand is decent. It vaguely reminds me of Neutral Milk. Anyone have this cd? Thoughts?

What's not be jealous about...Australia and Wilco. I am sitting in a cube in NJ waiting for the weekend. I will be down in Australia in June..unfortunatley Wilco won't be playing then. How is Australia going those that are there for the shows?

I am showing a video at my Wedding Rehersal Dinner. I am looking for an acceptable dvd projector to show the dvd which will be projected on to an 8' tall screen. Anyone have any recommendations? I am aving trouble finding anything under $350!
