I know! Still, I don't think I'll be jamming next to Nels on broom this weekend, but you never know. If you like. We're eating at 2. PM me.

Can't wait to meet you, chica!

My reading ebbs and flows according to the season. Now winding down the gardening/swimming/biking season. Time to begin digesting the big pile of words that I have been gathering up all summer. Just started: After many recommendations from the board, and especially viatroy. One of my favorite authors! You're right, chica. It totally reminds me of me, too.

So Sarah and I just did some recon at Crossroads. Sarah jumped up on stage immediately and began to play air drums. Here are some specs: The stage is 5' high. There is a 3' wide section of sidewalk that is directly in front of the stage. Other than that, the standing area is a layer of mulch. There were puddles of water in a couple of places from the rains we got earlier in the week, and the ground was quite squishy. I'm hoping that will have dried up before Saturday. I don't know how it is to manuever a wheel chair around in muddy mulch. Seems like it might be a bit tricky. You made a

Coming to fisticuffs is certainly not the best way to solve disputes, but it's better than guns. Is it really so surprising that they wanted to film this? There is not a goddam thing teenagers do that they don't want witnessed, by constantly telling someone or taking pictures of every minutea on the cell phone, to web camming on the internet. It's ubiquitous.

Spoken for truth. In honor of Oklamoma Joe's we are having Carolina style pulled pork for lunch Saturday.

It's like we have a routine.

Sarah May would have kicked her ass.

Fantastic!

The way he has been calling folks down to the front at seated shows, I thought the same thing. The VIP thing was pretty lame in front of the Wilco stage at Wakarusa. People were basically just milling around during the sets. Though as I recall Glenn Kotche and his wife came out into the VIP section to watch the Neko set. We'll see.

Love to all of you, Jen. I hope your family is encouraged to invite hospice in. They really are angels that walk among us and make the process of passage a true gift for the remaining family.

Love and kisses to all of the generations of your family, Kevin. -
You're going to see Elton instead? On the way up from Little Rock to Columbia a couple of weeks ago, we had to make the choice between the Baldknobbers in Branson or Wilco. It was a tough call. I mean, it turned out OK I guess.

Yes. There is a VIP area in front of the stage.

Who are you again?

Happy belated Elizabeth!

Yay Jess! I hope you have a fabulous day.
