Should be able to change the league size any time before the draft, but it has to be an even number of teams, or else we won't be able to draft...

I don't remember that at all.

They have been talking Dye for Pena+. It's the + that's hanging things up, since the Red don't want to give up either of the two young pitchers the White are asking for...

Oh, right. I've seen that one around - only comes in the 750mL, right? I'll steer clear.

While I have not checked bags and changed airlines mid-trip in the past, I overheard a ticket counter person explaining the process to another passenger on my most recent trip. When you check in, let the ticket counter know: You will be changing airlines What airline you will be switching to The flight number of the flight(s) on the second airline Airlines & airports deal with this kind of thing all the time, so everything should go smoothly. As long as the information is coded onto the luggage tags they print out at the counter (everything is computerized these days), it shouldn't be any

We still have Banjo, but if I see him wearing HK gear, I will remove him from the household, as that will mean it's clearly unhealthy for him to be here.

If any Hello Kitty gear shows up and I find any cats wearing it, I'm calling CPS immediately.

Sarah - do you change airlines like United to US Air (in the same network) or United to American (completely separate)? If you're changing within a network, it should be very smooth, but if you're changing networks, definitely make sure you tell them when you check in when you start out. It should take care of itself (as long as you notify them), but if the first airline doesn't know to transfer your bags to the second airline, they won't.

Well, you didn't say "annoying jazzy solo," you just said "solo." I'll agree that "Side With the Seeds" is my favorite of SBS. ALTWYS wins for Ghost.

I'm pretty sure they understand exactly what they're doing, and that's why they think it's funny.

I don't think anyone is saying that learning theory will impede one's creativity, only that it can, if the artist tries to force things where they don't need to be. That would be tough to do, unless he's got a time machine.

The point is this: you (and others) keep saying that if you're writing songs that people like, you must be using music theory that you have learned one way or another - either through listening to music or by taking formal classes. If you're saying Jeff should be applying some kind of music theory to his music, and he clearly is already doing that, then there is no debate to be had. If you're saying that he should be taking classes, which you seem not to be saying (and sometimes you seem to be), then that's debatable. Which is it?
