Well, then that's your choice. They offer the music to you free, but if you want it to be CD-quality, you have to pay for it. Seems fair enough to me. They could just not offer the bonus tracks at all.

Yeah, as far as I know, anyone who bought YHF and AGIB got access to the bonus tracks online free of charge.

I don't know where you are in Kansas, but there's a Whole Foods in Overland Park. Otherwise, most higher end grocery stores (out this way anyway) have at least some fresh specialty sausages at the butcher counter. I had to cook these a bit before slicing to keep them from falling apart, so something semi-dry with a firm texture is probably preferable. They have a great flavor, though.
